Staff are fantastic very friendly, very engaged. The dental care is second to none. I have major issues due to health problems. My front upper incisor was almost completely gone and gross. Now, you couldn't tell and I've had it done twice before and it didn't work. Highly recommended, no waiting, no hassle, fantastic team! Thanks for helping me and I'm looking forward to seeing the results of the remaining work!

I would agree with other patients that you pay out of pocket in addition to insurance coverage at this clinic. I was new in Edmonton in 2022 and needed to see a dentist so took the whole family here. Since the first visit there, I decided to change the dentist. Both my wife and I got a cracked tooth after the first visit - she was getting a cleaning while I was getting a small filling. The filling failed within a few months and corner of my tooth literally cracked and fell. I had to get a new filling from another clinic that was closer and they did an excellent job while not charging me anything extra. This clinic does max out charges to get as much as possible from your insurance policy in one go and more out of your pocket.
I was more than happy with everyone here. They were amazing with my son and helped me above and beyond trying to figure the financial impact. I had to go to a different dentist for an emergency a couple weeks prior and was told I have to extract a tooth but the dentist here said I can still save it so I'm very pleased I came to whitemud dental studio.
