Not very good with dental anxiety, extremely expensive, and will bombard you with texts and emails months after your consult despite attempts to get them to stop. Don't go here it's a waste of your time money and energy. I'm frustrated by them half a year after my consult. (Which was almost $400 after benefits coverage for just X-ray and consult)
I recently had the pleasure of starting my crown treatment at this incredible dental office, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, the service was phenomenal. Dr. Menon took the time to explain the entire process in detail, making sure I felt comfortable and well-informed. Her expertise and gentle approach immediately put me at ease. Winzelle, the RDA, was amazing—she was professional, efficient, and always had a comforting word to say, which made the procedure go smoothly. I also want to mention the exceptional front desk team, particularly Ivy and Anna, who were always so welcoming, organized, and helpful with scheduling and insurance matters. They made my visit feel so welcomee by offering me juicebox and snacks when i felt lightheaded. The team truly went above and beyond to make every visit as stress-free as possible. The entire team made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and even enjoyable. I’m looking forward to completing my treatment here and highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of top-notch dental care! I 100% would recommended to anyone :)
Dr. Menon is a wonderful dentist who is always caring, helpful, and attentive. The team at White Oak Dental is fantastic, making me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I walk in. Every visit has been a positive experience, and I appreciate the professionalism and warmth of everyone in the office. My expectations were fully met today, as they always are, and I honestly can't think of anything that would improve the experience. Keep up the great work!
