Very friendly staff, it was an almost painless experience . I hardly felt the needle for the freezing. That’s the part I hate most. This was the very first time in 71 years that I actually was able to relax in the chair. No issues after having 2 fillings. If you are looking for good Dentist, I highly recommend these folks.
They had to cancel my husband's appointment last minute as the dentist had an emergency. Things happen and it was no biggie. They offered us a $50 gift card for the inconvenience awesome customer service! I also have a newborn and thought I could make it through my appointment well she napped and she woke up. The owner and receptionist were so kind and took care of her while I finished my teeth cleaning. Definitely recommend if your looking for a dentist in Airdrie.
Let's be honest, no one likes going to the dentist. But when you have to go, it has to be the right people that make the experience worth it. The team at West Airdrie dental is truly amazing. From the appointment process, to check in, seeing the tech and then the doctor, my experience was 5 stars. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Badran and she's such a God send. She explained everything in detail and showed me the kinda work that had to be done urgently. And the other things that could be delayed for a little bit. My dental tech was also amazing joking while scaling my teeth. It felt very professional but also very personal. And upon exiting, the admins sitting in the front explained in detail the insurance deductions and what I was paying for. While I have to go back, im glad to have found a dental clinic that's professional, extremely flexible and very understanding. Will be back soon ( 😭😁).
Had a fantastic experience here. With the amount of dentists available it's hard to choose the right one. Everyone here was amazing. Front desk staff, hygienists, dentists etc. Very clean and professional. Everything was explained in full and I left with alot more knowledge than I could have expected. Billing is on par with the provincial guidelines as well. Can't go wrong!
Dr Jumana and the staff are really good and professional . I'm so comfortable when I'm there. They are all so friendly and you feel you are a priority to them.
