Our daughter has been going to Dr Fee’s office since she was very young. She lives with a disability & requires compassion and sedation for all her dental work. The team at Twilight dental is second to none. We also appreciate Jenna & Christine at the front desk. They always go above & beyond for our family. I would HIGHLY suggest if you are plus size you STAY AWAY. When the nurse called me prior to my appointment to go through history etc she ended the phone call by saying I was at the max weight and that I better not gain any weight and I should loose instead. Now I have a health condition that limits my ability to loose weight that I am working with health professionals on to get under control. I was coming to this place because I have past dental trauma and needed some sensation in order to get some work done. Not to mention their prices are waaaayyy higher than other places for the exact same work. When I called back to inform them I would not be bringing my business there cuz they told me I was too fat to help me I didn’t get an apology nothing instead a little chuckle and yeah I’ll get that canceled for you. Highly highly un professional
I needed to have a bunch of fillings done and because I have dental anxiety I was referred to Twilight to be sedated and have everything done at once. A year later, I’ve had to get every single filling fixed and redone by my primary dentist because the work I had done here was horrible, lazy, and rushed. While my experience with booking and in the office was fine, it’s disheartening and defeating to have spent nearly $5,000 and months in pain for no good reason.
Went here to be put under for cavity fillings knowing it was likely gonna be a root canal , when I woke up , my tongue and cheek had been cut open several times while under , looked like my tongue had litterly been stabbed on the side , the back of my jaw where my wisdoms used to be is super swollen. I have a lisp from the tongue being cut and its still healing , no apologies, just gave me naproxen which mind you has done nothing and sent me on my way , my bottom jaw is swollen still after nearly a week, I have barley been able to eat without severe pain in my tongue and back gums , my Tongue is pushing into my teeth due to swelling which is not helping the tongue heal, will not be returning and will informing my normal dentist about what they did to me ..
