All the staff at South Pointe Dental are phenomenal!! The reception staff go above and beyond to get to know you and are so pleasant to deal with. All the hygienists and dental assistants are so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I see Dr. Meyers and he’s so friendly and doesn’t brush off any issues you have. He takes the time to assess the issues you have and will send you to other specialists if needed. I’m so happy he takes his patients seriously and goes out of his way to get you the dental care you need. I highly recommend this dental office!
I had an outstanding experience at southpointe dental. The entire staff was exceptionally polite and kind. The hygienist demonstrated impressive knowledge and competence throughout my visit. Most notably, our dentist went above and beyond expectations. Not only was he highly skilled, but he also showed genuine care and concern for my well-being. Not only that, but you graciously understood my financial limitations of being between jobs and helped me make the dental work possible. I'll be back in the future. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I felt very much a part of the process rather than just being dictated to. My questions were answered and my concerns validated. Dr. Myers was very gentle. Definitely would recommend for anyone who has dental anxiety.
Thank you for treating mom like a person and speaking to her directly. I love the interactions you have with mom and greeting her by her name and making her smile and laugh. Kathy out front, Kay Cee and Dr Myers. You have been wonderful to my husband and I and especially to my mom. Thank you to all of you for being so wonderful! Fast forward 2 weeks. Mom had an incident after having 2 teeth pulled. Dr Meyers and staff were excellent and professional. With this occurring it brought to light some medical issues we were not aware of, and we have now been able to address these concerns with mom and her medication. We absolutely love every one there! Thank you all for being there for us and checking to see how mom is doing. I wish I could name each person individually and say thank you, we love you all!
