Dr Silver and her team are true professional! I was referred to see her for TMJ disorder, then eventually went to see them for general dentisty too. She called me when I was looking for Orthodontics treatment and gave some excellent advice. I appreciate her honesty and expertise!
Very thorough examination for TMJ disorder. I have seen a specialist for this issue before and Dr.Silver told me a whole other set of potential contributing factors. I appreciated her approach to treatment- the order which we will rule things out before even considering surgery. I feel like I have a lot more tools now and am much more hopeful about improving this condition while not doing anything to extreme. Super informative and productive visit. I highly recommend her and this clinic!!!
I was referred to an endodontist specialist by my dentist for a consultation. It's too bad, though, because while the staff were super nice, the endodontist who was supposed to see me at 8:30 a.m. didn't show up until 9:00, with no apology. The staff did inform me that morning that he was running a little late and asked me to come at 8:45, which I completely understood given the snowy conditions and the fact that he was coming from Edmonton. However, a simple apology would have been appreciated, especially since I had a full day scheduled, and this appointment caused me to be late. Additionally, the appointment was for a consultation. I thought I was just going to discuss my options for my sensitivity and what I could expect for future treatment. Although I had a feeling I might need a root canal, there was no explanation provided. It felt like he was rushing to make up for lost time. He quickly asked if I had filled out the form and then started numbing me. After the procedure, I felt something hard coming off my tooth, like some sort of plastic. To this day, I still don't know what it was, but it was surrounding my tooth, and I was able to scrape or break off the remaining pieces. In the end, the staff were still very nice, and the assistant did her best to keep me informed and comfortable. However, unfortunately, this will likely be my last visit.
Anxious about the dentist? ME TOO! Haha But Dr. Silver and her staff make you feel so comfortable and reassured. She gives you options for your dental care, and is an exceptionally caring human being. I could never recommend them highly enough! Just call and know that you’ll be so well cared for.
