The staff at South Periodontal is incredible - from front end to everyone you see while you are in the chair. They made a trip to have an assessment on a procedure that doesn't sound overly fun - quite enjoyable. I was immediately confident in the expertise of the entire office. Billing was submitted for me and I was reimbursed by my provider in less than 24 hours so they have that down pat! View of the frozen lake from the dental chair was also amazing.
I'm so thankful for Sheena here. I feel comfortable, safe, and appreciate the careful freezing she customizes for my sensitive spots. I honestly never thought I'd go to the dentist again without cringing the entire time and dreading them touching those spots. Sheena is THE best.
I had an appointment with Dr. Bryce McDougall and I couldn't be any happier. He was such a personable doctor who really cares for his patients. I never felt rushed by his team and Dr. McDougall sat and talked to me like we were old friends. I'm very happy I got referred here. :)

Friendly reception. Policies explained to me upon arrival. Doctor reviewed my concerns. A plan for treatments was presented to me. Looking forward to them resolving my issue after a recommended 3rd party scan. Definitely 5 star service. A dentist I can trust..
