I contacted this clinic for a repair and they fit me in right away. Both Donna and Sunny were very professional and easy to deal with. I required a new set of dentures within a very short timeline. Sunny was able to accommodate me to ensure I had the new dentures within a few weeks. Dealing with Donna and Sunny has been a very good experience. They are both very friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to assist me. The clinic itself was of the highest standard for cleanliness and comfort. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone requiring service. Thank you both.
Well my experience to obtain a new upper denture was a total failure. I would never recomend anyone I know to this clinic. This was my 3rd denture and the worst. Previous two were from other denturists (both retired) Yes, the staff (especially Donna) are polite, but Sunny doesnt measure up in ability to make me a suitable denture. Total failure! The amount of material used was way too much for my mouth. The roof was so thick, I was gagging. Extremely difficult to have a conversation with friends. Constantly being asked why I am talking so funny and have a lisp. Chewing on my right side was impossible because he had indented the back teeth and there was no alignment. Made my jaw quite sore. Then the front teeth - looked great from the front, but on the inside - very little and impossible to bite with. What was his point? Then he actually drew on my face (never had this done the previous two times - quite bizare) for alignment. But when I smiled, it was crooked. My son noticed and asked who made this mess and if I had paid them. Yes, I had paid him $3100.00 for a denture that is unwearable. Sad story, but true. People beware!
South Calgary Denture Clinic is the best! The staff are so kind & courteous. Sunny, the denturist was very professional & patient with my 93 year old Mom when I took her to the clinic for a full set of replacement dentures. Upon returning a couple years later for some TLC on her dentures, Sunny tended to them quickly so my Mom would only be without her teeth for a short period of time. I highly recommend this clinic! Very pleasing decor & spotlessly clean as well :)
My Mother was the patient at this clinic and cannot emphasize enough, what a wonderful experience she had. Everyone at this clinic were professional, polite and treated her very well. She was glad she found them and would recommend to everyone to go here. It wasn't just good service it was excellent and they treat you like family.
I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and their genuine care. Due to severe bone loss, a new set of dentures wouldn't improve anything for my mum. The doctor was honest about that and suggested she not waste the money to get a new set. I appreciate a doctor with integrity. He treated my mom with dignity and respect. While I'm unable to speak personally about the quality of the finished product (as I've never seen it), I would highly recommend this clinic for their care and integrity.
