This was our first visit to Signature Dentistry. I cannot say enough good things. From the initial email till walking out the door everyone was wonderful. Randi was so great at responding to my emails and answering my questions. Taylor was wonderful at explaining the procedure to our 6 year old in terms she'd understand without freaking her out. Dr. Challis was fabulous with the freezing and procedure. Even stopping to help calm our daughter down at one point with breathing exercises. They made an uncomfortable procedure extremely comfortable!
I really appreciate this Dentistry. The staff do not make me feel bad but encourage me and treat me with kindness. As a senior, I have had experiences that we seniors are treated as though we are stupid or past our expiry date. They are very courteous. A well run clinic. I admire professionalism.
Wow! What a fantastic place to be in. Half the time I'm relaxed after I come out of my appointment. The team is smooth, fast and efficient from start to finish. They have a variety of cool tools that they use and explain what they are doing in terms we all can understand. Pricing is fair for the quality of work they put in and everyone always has a smile one their face. Seems like a fantastic practice to work in with awesome people to make it run. Thanks to the whole staff for the awesome work!
I am so so sorry. Not much good, I have to say. the female dentist ? from India.dr callis Upon returning to the office after surgery, I asked the dentist to take a look the Orpheus. The whole opening in my gum. After surgery, the stitches fell out. Ask the dentist to take a look.And she refused just like she was standing in cement and would not move Quite condescending. And and not too pleasant I'm not sure how many people like going to the dentist I would definitely not recommend a dentist who does not have time for their patient, especially after oral surgery being told to wait 45 minutes and then, when this Doctor came out again, stood there and said no I did ask a second time.I wasn't sure if I really heard a no I will not look, nor do I have the time to look. Amazing experience!! Staff is so friendly, helpful and explained every step of the process. After 7 years of me having no dentist, they helped me get my teeth fully cleaned and looking incredible. Already have another appointment booked.
