They took the time to go through my partner’s insurance, figured out exactly what was covered, and even scheduled treatments strategically to maximize coverage—something most places wouldn’t bother with! Made a phone call to Sierra Dental, and they had me in and fixed up same day. Not only was the clinic beautifully set up but the team is also fast and efficient, along with being extremely professional and knowledgeable. And to boot, they charge fair prices for their services which is getting harder to come by these days. Special thanks to Dr. Chima for her patience, expertise and bedside manner. I had my wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Kua and this is so far the best experience I had with a dentist. He did it under 30 minutes without me feeling any pain and discomfort. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I have been to 3 dentists for this tooth issue and only Sierra was able to help me! Highly recommended!!
I want to highlight Emily T., Dental Hygienist at Sierra Dental. She always creates a fun and welcoming atmosphere on every visit. She is highly skilled and great at communicating areas of improvement. I have had a lot of Hygienists suggest flossing as a way to improve oral health. Emily has been the only one to give me so many options on how to achieve this routine (I did not realize there are so many forms of flossing available) in all my years. She not only educated me but made me feel comfortable asking questions and being a support when I tried a flosser pick for the first time. Ultimately I can say with her guidance I have more of a flossing routine now and so does my husband who went through a similar experience seeing Emily. Thank you for all your support, Sierra Dental is lucky to have her.
Dr Michael Siarkowski treated myself January 2025 and not my normal dentist however, this has been the best experience in just over 53 years. I did have a tooth removed for medical reasons and Dr Michael was outstanding in so many ways. I’m not a fan of any dentist but I want everyone to know that if you have any concerns this is the place I wish I had of went to, a decade ago. Assistant also was very calming and professional not forgetting the happy friendly front staff. If you have any concerns with your dental stuff I do recommend going here. Thank you all for your support, understanding and service. Outstanding performance for me.
