I have been going here for over 10 years now, I will not go anywhere else. Dr. Roman and his team are amazing. The first time I went there Dr. Roman could tell I was nervous (always hated going to the dentist, until that day.) I started bringing my kids there and the new guy Scott let my kids get use to the stuff they use on your teeth by letting them explore the instruments. He was very good with my kids, specially with my autistic daughter. She is a runner but enjoyed seeing how the tools worked. I tell anyone I know about this team. Thank you guys for being awesome.
I have been to Shawnessy Smiles for almost a decade now after looking for the perfect dentist and dental team. I can say the Shawnessy Smiles Dental team have been amazing. Rebecca with the booking is fantastic and personable and always gets my claims in quickly so I can have my payment back usually the next day. Lacey always does my cleaning. I love the consistency of always having the same person and over the years she finally has me quite relaxed (dental anxiety). She is so gentle and just a great person over all. I love her stories and how she keeps it real. My son after graduating from the childrens dentist has also come to see Shawnessy Smiles and loves it. He consistently has Mandy for hygiene and he has no issues at all (child of few words) so Mandy must be perfect! Dr. Roman Koutsil is amazing. He is gentle, he is personable. He pops in just to say hi even if it's a hygiene apt only. He connects with my son, which I appreciate. Recently my husband also started going to Shawnessy Smiles and he also has come to love the team. I highly recommend Shawnessy Smiles!

Went for the first time today. Amazing from the moment you walk in the door! It’s been Years since I went to the dentist and had a cleaning. All of the staff are welcoming and made me feel so comfortable! I strongly recommend them especially if your nervous about getting back into your teeth cleaning routine. I forgot how amazing your teeth can feel.
I've been going to Shawnessy Smiles for a few years now and recently got a root canal/crown done with them, which turned out really REALLY well!! The team made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and made the experience as pleasant and stress free as it could have been. If you're curious, Dr. Koutsil will even explain the procedures that he's doing with a white board and everything, he really knows his stuff! The Shawnessy Smiles team is a great group of honest people that have your best interests at heart, and I couldn't be more happy with the work that they've done for me. I highly recommend these guys!!!
