The front desk team is amazing at Royal Vista. Especially Ronda who is always able to help me with booking appointments and rescheduling whenever my life gets in the way. The dental assistants are all very professional and friendly and keep you informed on your options and the different ways to improve you dental care. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a dentist in the NW.
This is a late review . I feel responsible to comment for educational purposes not only to the public, but for the clinic itself. I saw Dr. Hamada for the first time just a year ago. I felt like he was looking at my teeth as a billing opportunity . Eg, He asked the hygienist immediately what my coverage was. He asked how long I had a crown for( no issues with it) and pointed out hair line fractures that caused me no discomfort. I had 3 fillings done there. One of which was a small lower front chip that no others dentist had charged me to “ top “ off w/o the need for freezing for years prior. Dr Hamada and the dental assistant spoke Iranian over me in the chair. I put my hand up at one point and stated I felt left out of the conversation as I couldn’t understand them. They continued to converse w/o speaking English despite this voiced concern. I felt left out and insulted quite frankly. My front fillings were done w/o color consulting a match with me. I have always prior to any work, had dentists show me colored examples in front of a mirror for my approval prior to the work being done. He proceeded without any discussion of same. Although the front desk staff were friendly and professional, I will not return here for the reasons stated above.
I had a fantastic experience at Royal Vista Dental Clinic. Dr. Lee provided excellent care, and the entire team, from the dental assistant to the receptionist, was wonderful. I also brought my daughter for her first happy visit and they made her feel so comfortable. I had a cleaning with the hygienist, who was incredibly gentle and kind. The level of service from everyone at the clinic was outstanding, and I truly felt well cared for. I would highly recommend Royal Vista Dental Clinic to anyone looking for a great dental experience.

My dentist was Dr. Lee He caused permanent nerve damage after tooth extractions. Left side of my tongue is now forever numb. Cannot sue a dentist because they force you to agree to and sign a form, which is a way they can escape the consequences. Did not even apologize. I also got fillings and wanted him to explain what he was going to work on but he got annoyed and said we were wasting time after a while. At the end, I also requested not to be contacted until I call them next year. But the front desk lady failed and lied about making sure not to call or text me, as i got a text the day after. Also, dental work costs so much its depressing. Now I have to live with a numb tongue forever. What a disappointment.
