I cannot recommend Richmond Dental Clinic enough! Dr. Burgess and the entire team have provided exceptional care for my oral health. Dr. Burgess is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and truly one of the best in the field. He and his assistants takes the time to explain every procedure thoroughly, making sure I’m comfortable and informed at every step. His warm and approachable demeanor instantly puts you at ease, even during more complex treatments. The clinic assistants are equally amazing—friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. From the moment you walk into the clinic, you’re met with a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel valued as a patient. I always enjoy my visits to the Richmond Dental Clinic. The staff is friendly and my experience has always been positive as I look up from my seat in the dental chair. The hygienist explains everything before they begin so there’s no unexpected surprises. They always send an estimate to the insurance provider before doing any work (including routine cleanings and fluoride) and I appreciate the text reminders so I never forget an appointment. They even send them a few hours prior on the day of .. just to make sure you don’t forget. After being a patient with them for 1 year they gave me an electronic toothbrush to say thank you. Try them out. You’ll be glad you did.

Attending Richmond Dental Clinic SW has been one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. The front staff are very friendly and accommodating. My hygienist was Su Jean and she is extraordinary at her job. During my whole experience of x-rays and cleaning, she went through the process and did educating at the same time. Dr. Burgess was also great to deal with and together we have developed a plan for my future dental health. My plan is to now make this clinic my “dental” home.
