I find all of the staff at Queen Street Dental to be pleasant and friendly. The facility is clean and well laid out. Brandi, the dental hygienist, was excellent in making sure I was comfortable during the entire process. Dr. Gordon is efficient but still remains friendly as he inquires about any dental concerns I may have. The people at the front desk are very attentive and knowledgeable of the numerous plan coverages. This knowledge allows them to keep the conversation casual as they process the various claims on the computer. Very good experience overall.
I have gone to Queen Street dental for years after I was having some difficulties with my old dentists office. My Aunt had said to try her dentists office and I absolutely loved it there! Everyone there is so kind and informative. There isn't usually too long of a wait time for when you book the appointment and from when you get there for it. I will always recommend this place to my family and friends.

I have been going to Queen Street Dental for about 5 years and have had nothing but good experiences and interactions from the time I arrive for my appointments until the time I leave. The ladies at the front desk are always friendly, helpful, and efficient, both in person and on the phone. My hygienist Brandi is the BEST - I book in with her whenever possible, as well as Dr. Lalani, who is equally wonderful - I always look forward to seeing her. She takes my concerns seriously, is great at her job, and is always warm, kind, and understanding. 10/10 would recommend Queen Street Dental :)
Gina, Kirstin and Dr Tardif were just amazing, very professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. From the start at the office through the cleaning and check up to payment at the end, everything went smooth, they were gentle, reassuring and you felt like they all actually care.
