I was referred to Princess Elizabeth Dental to prepare my mouth for dentures. I went in with a touch of trepidation because there would have to be fillings, extractions and a crown, all in the space of six weeks in order for me to be ready for dentures. As it happened, my “suffering” was kept to the barest minimum while my admiration for the dentist (Dr. Kaylyn Sissons) and her enormously competent staff went sky high. I was so impressed at the role clarity that was evidenced throughout that office. I have rarely felt as well looked after through an episode of care, yet I felt I’d best hold off on heaping praise upon them until I got some decent dentures. Now that I have those “firmly between my teeth”, I would like to extend credit where it is due, to the very competent and caring folks at Princess Elizabeth Dental. And in case you’re looking for dentures, I’ve discovered there’s a Natural Choice.
After trying several dentists that would not attempt installing implants or having other dentists install implants only to have them fail, I finally found Dr Holden. He successfully installed a couple of implants that i'm extremely happy with. Dr Holden is an amazing dental surgeon and everyone in his office is very professional knowledgeable, and skilled.
I can get a Vag easier then I can get dental implants. Hilarious how people can do all kinds of stuff to their bodies but yet this place won't do implants for me dental work. Such a messed up canada we live in. Pic for show what you can volunteer to do to your body but getting a nice smile is out of the question... Tone deaf country.
I have dental anxiety due to past experiences and this was absolutely the best experience I’ve had with a dentist! Everyone is so professional and you can tell they care. Dr. Kaylyn and Tasha were so awesome, kind, and empathetic, and explained to me step by step what was happening during the root canal, which I greatly appreciated. They really created a relaxed and calm environment and I’m so thankful. And the whole dental receptionist team is fantastic as well, patient with all the questions I’ve had and so nice. I highly recommend this awesome group and look forward to continuing as a patient!
Chelsea exemplified customer service at the Princess Elizabeth Dental. She presented herself with a genuine smile and friendly approach. She ensured I was calm and not nervous in the dentist chair! I have a big fear of dentist office. Her friendliness, clear explanations of the process and just overall demeanour was excellent. Very impressive. Dr Ali Afshar came across as humble and was thorough in explaining the process. This was just a consultation but I would be comfortable with his work too. Raquel’s attitude was one of patience and imparted all the follow up instructions very clearly. I am totally impressed with my first visit and have no qualms of getting further treatment at Princess Elizabeth Dental👍👍
