I cannot recommend Dr. Low enough! Every visit with him is a pleasant experience from start to finish. It's not every day that you find a dentist who genuinely remembers you by name and makes you feel so comfortable. Dr. Low has an amazing smile that instantly puts you at ease, and his professionalism truly sets him apart. Unfortunately, I lost my dental benefits recently, and it can be stressful to manage dental care without benefits. However, my dentist and his team have gone above and beyond to support me. They’ve worked with me to ensure I get the care I need without added stress. I can honestly say that I appreciate everything Dr. Low has done for me. His expertise and compassionate approach make him a standout in the field. If you’re looking for a dentist who is not only highly skilled but also deeply caring, look no further than Dr. Low! Trust me, you won’t be disappointed.
This is a very welcoming dental office. Everyone is competent and kind, from receptionist, to hygienist, to dentist. With the dentist we used to see, my daughter was so frightened of the man that she wouldn't open her mouth. My kids sense the genuine warmth and kindness of Dr. Low, so they now have no fear of going to the dentist and happily open. For myself, I'm really picky about my teeth; I tend to go back for several adjustments and they never make me feel bad about it.
This place is amazing I have had many bad experiences but this place put me at ease. They have good technology and they explain all your options. From the moment you are greeted in the office to the clinics décor, everything is designed to put you at ease. Even during my dentistry I was asked several times how I was doing and was given more freezing when I needed it. I also had a cleaning here, and it was the best cleaning I have ever had. It was so thorough and she told me things about my teeth I never knew such as mm width with gums. I really recommend this place for their professionalism, there happy personalities and their modern use of tech.
This is simply the best service and customer care from a dentist you will ever get! Dr. Low is very good an explaining procedures, friendly, and fair! All staff are pleasant to be around with a great environment considering a visit to the dentist. Great with kids too!
My experience here has had me afraid to return to a dentist for almost 3 years now. I would rather let my teeth rot from genetic issues (not that they considered that) than be directly confronted as a drug addict. Though he couldnt take the time to explain why he felt that was accurate or appropriate. Between being called a drug addict, a root canal without proper anesthesia (and me trying to tell him that during the operation), being outright treated with child-like arrogance, and Dr Anderson not addressing the things he missed which the hygenist had to point out, I am disgusted. Dentistry was already my biggest fear. Now after his treatment and willingness to ignore my desperate plea during a treatment without proper numbing or anethesia, I am terrified to let another proffessional near my teeth. Your office has crushed my confidence, and disgusted me. I feel like I simply deserve what I received, though I know it's not true. That's what I get for asking for help from a "professional".
