5 stars simply isn't enough! To say I appreciate the team of Dr. Eugene, Emma and Angela would be an understatement. I was extremely nervous and neurotic going into treatment and yet they made me feel confident treating me with the most respect and understanding I've possibly every experienced in a clinical environment. All my treatments have gone very smoothly except for one where I personally suffered a bit of a panic attack and requested to stop the treatment and I was simply blown away by how Dr. Chung responded with the utmost care and understanding, no pressure and no guilt. Simply amazing. Massive thank you to Dr. Chung and team. I will never go anywhere else!!
Dr. Chung and his staff are very kind and caring. I had the gum grafting procedure performed successfully. I am a neurotic patient and they were excellent in keeping me comfortable and calm. Prices are very good also.
Dr. Chung was absolutely amazing! My daughter got her gum exposure surgery done last summer and he did an amazing job! He was so patient and gentle with her. Knowing she is very nervous about dental work, he explained every detail about the procedure to her and I, making both my daughter and I feel at ease. He was also very fair for pricing and seems to truly be in it to help people, not just to make a profit. Highly, highly recommend him to anyone!
Dr Chung is SO kind, has a lovely bedside manner, and is great at his job. His demeanour makes the appointment tolerable! It does not go unnoticed.
Dr. Chung is an amazing doctor. I went today to get a part of my gum removed which is such a scary thing to do but he made the procedure so much more comfortable for me by explaining everything throughly and reassuring me on everything. You will not regret going to him. Thank you Dr. Chung!!
