Presented to the clinic on time for my check up. I had a new Green Shield insurance. The receptionist said I didn’t have dental coverage. I showed her my benefits email and the physical card. She didn’t even read what was written. I’ve been informed to contact m insurance. I asked the receptionist to call but she was rude and said “I don’t have time to call.” I called my insurance and I’ve been informed the dental clinic was submitting to green shield when they had to submit to RWAM under green shield. The receptionist was very rude, dismissive, and lacked the knowledge of processing direct bill insurance claims. She told me I should have sent my insurance information to the clinic prior to appointment which is ridiculous because they wanted me to send that sensitive information over email. I don’t know if that’s even legal! In a previous visit, they charged me for 45 mins for cleaning at the time the hygienist worked only for 29 mins and kept talking the rest of the time. This time was charged to my insurance. I’m taking my business to another clinic that’s more professional, transparent, honest, not money driven and patient dismissive.

Came here for cleaning and fillings. The staff were all so friendly. I'm not particularly fond of dental appointments, but the staff were very empathetic, and they answered all of my concerns in a very professional manner. I'd like to thank Dr. Chan, Dr. Kat, Candy, and Jennifer in particular for making my visits smooth and easy.

I am definitely petrified of dentists in general. I went in for a cleaning yesterday, and they were so supportive and understanding, despite me being in tears at times. They're wonderful; if you ask them any questions, they'll have the answers for you without a doubt. There's nothing negative I can say about the dentist.

I came in to book an appointment and the receptionist(red head) was extremely rude.
Seemed annoyed that I was there. She was rolling her eyes and making faces the whole time. Then when I booked my appointment she rudely said that I had missed appointments in the past and it I missed another I would be banned from the clinic. I was not aware that I missed any appointments. I never got reminders or phone calls about this. I understand that missing appointments is inconvenient for the clinic but it doesn't mean the receptionist should berate you. I will cancel the appointment I made, if she even put it in the system. I don't need to be belittled and yelled at when I go to the dentist.

Unprofessional staff, don’t feel comfortable there and freezing hurts. Male dentist doesn’t seem like he cares more wanting to get the work done quick as possible. Overpriced place, do not recommend anyone here.
