From my last two visits I felt the clinic has gone down really bad. The clinic staff don't care much about patients. I had my teeth cleaned and polished but I didn't see the difference before and after cleaning.I asked why I didn't see the difference I got the answer because my teeth were clean then why they spent 3 unit scaling and polishing ?
The other question why before starting the cleaning didn't inform me that me teeth clean despite I told them I had my teeth cleaned over seas just polishing that I need.
I felt that it's business transactions for this clinic. I believe patients who are felt unhappy should take further steps!

This place has gone down the hill in the last few months. The front staff used to be friendly but not so much anymore. My son went there the other day and when he got checked they made him feel bad for his dental hygiene, my son has been battling depression for a long time and he has recently started to feel better and take care of himself.
One day I forgot to bring my cc so I owed them $4.50, I know I told them I was going to call back to pay them but I forgot then I went on a trip overseas. When I came back I had 5 missed calls from the office. Then I got a very rude Debbie (this lady thinks she owns the place and I’m done with her lecturing me like she’s my mom) charging me and getting upset cause “she called 5 times and I didn’t answer” I know it was my responsibility to call back with the cc but for $4.50? Do you really need to get rude for that amount ? I felt like I was being treated like a little kid. Also. when I paid, it went from $4.50 to $16 something. I didn’t even want to question. She was way too rude and annoying to deal with. I brought to this place thousands of dollars in business for the last 13 years or so.
My last straw was today when I called to inquire about replacing my whitening trays and I got another rude lady that got annoyed because she couldn’t understand what I was trying to tell. I have a voice problem so I know I’m hard to understand but she was just too annoyed she couldn’t understand. Then she said “we have to send it to the lab and see if you need to pay “ like come on I know I have to pay and I know it takes time ( she also was assuming that I was in a hurry to get it done) I’m done with this place after years of going there. I’m taking my insurance and my family somewhere else. They also have a new dental hygienist, nice lady and all but she is very incompetent and she has a very weird BO. No thanks. I guess I’ve said it all. Good luck with this place for other patients
And thanks Carlos, at the end you were the only decent front desk staff left in that place.

The front desk staff and hygienists are amazing. However, I feel this place has gone downhill since Dr. Piercy left.
After his retirement, I was seen by a dentist who took over his practice. He recommended a long list of dental work. Starting with a filling on the left of my mouth. Time comes for the filling, he is unable to be there to do it. So Dr.Patel does the filling. She finishes up the left and goes to freeze the right of my mouth. I felt it was not communicated to me that we were working on the right same appointment, she said we had time to work on it. Maybe a miscommunication and this was scheduled, however I did not want to sit or pay for this procedure. So I left still frozen. I have the right to refuse. Thank goodness I did as the left tooth began to hurt and be sensitive shortly after the filling. She went to open the filling however it still hurt and was sensitive, to the point I couldn't eat on that side. I was told there was nothing she could do.
I have recently left after being a patient for over 10 years. My new dentist has sent me to a oral facial surgeon and endodontist. Finally I have no pain in my mouth.
Be careful in choosing what procedure dentists recommend and leave a dentist if you feel your not being listened too.
