Let’s face it, no one likes a dentist appointment. I avoid it like the plague. This one was the most pleasant experience. Not only did my hygienist explain everything she was about to do, I got to see my X-rays and she showed me what was in them, what she was going to do and the things they were looking for. I also got to choose from the comfort menu (pictured) before starting and was very comfortable while she scraped away at my Tatar build up that was immense since it had been 10+ years since my last dental visit. In fact, another appointment was booked before I left the office and I am now looking forward to regular visits to avoid the agonizing long scraping visits moving forward…next time I’ll be choosing the hot towel treatment for sure!
Location/parking/cleaniness/modern/staff 10/10 New to neighborhood dental, my family has been looking and wanting to switch to a new dentist for years and did NOT want to go to a company owned clinic. Booked in the summer (2024) and my NP exam was about 1-2 month wait. Had a great experience with my cleaning, awesome and rescheduled for 6mon rotation. My NP exam was very thorough and I felt they were honest. No huge outrageous treatment plans being pushed, gave options for different treatment scenarios and will give an honest opinion on what they recommend according to the person (client specific). I say this because my family all had a NP exam/cleanings/fillings and we all had different great experiences. Well I just had my 6 month cleaning, again it was just as thorough. The hygienist technique was excellent, her chair side was very easy and pleasant. 4.5 stars, took half off because it’s a little more expensive then my previous dentist office but truly you pay for what you get. Beautiful space! The staff were very kind and Dr. Scott is great. They have a different approach to dental care that focuses on making you comfortable. They offer things such as warm blankets, pillows, hot towels, eye masks, etc.. for your appointments if you’d like to help you feel more comfortable during a typically uncomfortable service. Would highly recommend!
Dr. Scott has been my dentist for a decade and has always taken great care of myself and my family. I have never been comfortable with dentists, but Scott is very trustworthy and makes me comfortable no matter the situation. The front desk team is also 10/10, expect a warm greeting and the best care.
I decided to get a second opinion on my dental needs. So glad I took the time to meet Dr Scott and discuss my options. He’s open to discussion and finding the best solutions for individual needs. The entire staff are efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend their clinic.
