I came to Neighborhood dental from recommendations from friends for a second opinion on my 6 yo daughter. And I am so happy I did. Everyone from the girls at the desk to the dentist were wonderful and welcoming. Made my daughter feel at ease. Such a beautiful and clean office. The dentist quickly assessed the issues, identified errors made ant our previous office and made up a plan that I was very happy with. Will be moving my family there in the future.
Top notch dentist and hygiene office!!! Beautiful atmosphere. I went to Shelby for a cleaning. I have such bad anxiety with dentist and she was so gentle! They have a relaxation menu to help you relax! I got the freezing, lip balm, eye mask, stress ball and weighted blanket. This office thinks of everything! Once my cleaning was done I seen dr.scott matheson who also made me feel at easy. Told me all my options for my next appointment and gave me a heads up on what to expect. I had my 3 year old with who wanted “her teeth cleaned like mommy”. Dr.Scott took the time to even show her all the tools and make her feel special cause she got her teeth checked to. I will 1000% be going back there for every appointment as while as my little girls. These guys are so professional! All the way up to the front end ladies who gave my little girl a special coin to get a toy! Thank you to all the staff! My girl won’t stop asking to go back to the dentist haha!
Let’s face it, no one likes a dentist appointment. I avoid it like the plague. This one was the most pleasant experience. Not only did my hygienist explain everything she was about to do, I got to see my X-rays and she showed me what was in them, what she was going to do and the things they were looking for. I also got to choose from the comfort menu (pictured) before starting and was very comfortable while she scraped away at my Tatar build up that was immense since it had been 10+ years since my last dental visit. In fact, another appointment was booked before I left the office and I am now looking forward to regular visits to avoid the agonizing long scraping visits moving forward…next time I’ll be choosing the hot towel treatment for sure!
This clinic was recommended to us by our colleague, and good thing we did try to visit this clinic. Everybody here was approachable, very clean and a family friendly clinic with high tech equipments. I want to commend Brooklyn and Dr. Janice,they did a very good job with our son, and help him to feel comfortable .They are really good with kids!
First visit, front end staff were friendly and kind. Taking time to offer something to drink and give directions to toilet immediately. For the appointment Diane was kind and explained all of my steps, they were done quickly and gently. Dr. Janice was thorough and kind, informative and realistic. Every finding was discussed with options on next steps, I did not feel pressured. First visit was good. Subsequent visits went just as well, my comfort was the main focus throughout the procedure. Very pleased
