Walter is the best. He is honest, genuine and I couldn't be happier with all the work he's done for me. He goes above and beyond for his patients and I sincerely trust him. I have been a patient at MyBite for several years. Walter Assmus has advised me and provided a very comfortable set of dentures. I have received many compliments from people who are amazed that they are dentures because they look so natural. I have also had two implants placed in my lower jawbone. My lower denture is equipped with snaps so that I can easily remove my lower plate for cleaning. The implants and snaps also keep the plate securely in place so that the denture does not move. I can smile and eat confidently knowing that my teeth are secure and look great. 😁
I had a repair on an existing partial that was taken care of by Adam at MyBite. Brenda was prompt, providing me with estimates on the repair versus a brand new partial. After discussing these options with Adam, I decided to have it repaired. Adam created molds in the morning and promised my repairs later that day. When I returned, Walter helped adjust my partial by filing it down. He attempted to do so many times but failed to make it right. I kept biting on my partial where the replacement tooth was in the way. I thought I would have to get used to my new bite. After dinner, I realized with my repaired partial, it was easier to thoroughly chew my food without the partial in my mouth. I thought this was it, no more eating out in public with my partial on. I made an appointment the very next day with MyBite and asked specifically for Adam to correct the problem. I felt he received me and made the molds so he should continue with the fitting. When I saw him, he was sympathetic and he wanted to help fix the problem. He would adjust it to the point that I had my original bite back. After that I was able to eat again and Adam repaired another tooth on the right that has given me more confidence to smile again. I highly recommend MyBite and Adam for his caring, attentive and patient service.
