Jensen Lakes Dental is my new dental clinic. It's a nice quiet clinic, all staff members I had a pleasure of meeting during my new patient hygiene appointment were very friendly. Karl, my hygienist, was very thorough, checking for anything he might have missed, he was very pleasant and interactive. Dr. Barlow did a thorough check up and explained everything I needed to know. I had a very pleasant experience.
Great dental office and practice. Starting going here after my dentist retired. A little nervous as I was a patient with the same dentist for over 30 years. Everyone who works here is outstanding and honestly reminds me of that home town feel that is missing in so many businesses. The team describes everything in detail and no surprises with billing. Can’t say enough good things.
Could not have asked for a better dental experience than with Dr. Barlow! Very clear communication on the state of my teeth, how they got that way, and how to move forward. Gentle yet thorough cleaning with modern equipment. Will definitely be booking with Dr. Barlow for future visits!
I chose Jensen Lakes dental office as it is close to my home. I’m glad I did. Receptionist Carleen is gentle and professional. Dr Cross is whom you want to have your dental work taken care of by.She is soft spoken and professional. Explains the procedures in detail and checks all through the procedure if you are comfortable etc. I will have no problem recommending my family and friends to this dental office.
I’ve been coming here for a few months and everyone I’ve dealt with has been so friendly and helpful. Karleen, one of the coordinators is amazing to deal with and always goes above and beyond. I’ve seen both Dr. Barlow and Dr. Cross and you are in good hands with both of them. The dental assistants are also top notch and as much as I hate going to the dentist, everyone there makes it as pleasant as possible.
