I'm so happy I found Jasper Avenue Dental. Dr. Nguyen is very professional, friendly and caring. He explained everything to me and made sure I felt comfortable before extracting my wisdom tooth. I was so nervous coming to the clinic as I have a low pain tolerance but when he started talking, I felt calmed. AND I have to highlight—this clinic doesn't overcharge. Initially I was referred to a different clinic for the extraction, they were charging me $1,581 just for one tooth because of the sedation and all but I only paid $267 with Jasper Ave Dental and they did freezing which was basically free of charge. Huge price difference. It only took 10 seconds for Dr. Nguyen to take out one tooth. I was really impressed. Nicole at the admin was very friendly too. I talked to her at the phone before booking my appointment and she assured me of how good Dr. Nguyen is. Thanks to Anita too (if I remember her name correctly) who was very kind from the beginning and handed me all the gauze, prescriptions and instructions of what to do after the procedure. I am glad I did my own research first that lead me to this clinic.

I have had a brilliant experience at Jasper Ave Dental! Dr Carlson is also very professional and takes his time with his patients, and the hygienists are very efficient and gentle in their work so that each treatment is both successful and pain free. The admin team also shined – they were always friendly and helpful, without being pushy, and would follow up without having to be asked and with all available appointment times. They really pay attention to detail and are just wonderful at providing great service. One of the best dental experiences I’ve had – I would highly recommend!

I was greeted by very friendly staff and treated in a professional manner in every aspect of my visit. Jade patiently explained every step of work that would be performed and Dr. Lizotte went trough the pros and cons of the various options of my treatment plan. The remains of my broken tooth were extracted painlessly and I left with detailed instructions for my recovery. Leanna provided me with a breakdown of the costs after obtaining the coverage details from my insurer. I feel confident that my subsequent visits will follow the same pattern I experienced today.

All of the staff I have interacted with at this facility are wonderful! From Dr. Carlson, to the hygienist Rosanne, to Jennifer at reception -- everyone is so friendly and professional. Rosanne is one of the best hygienists -- thorough yet very gentle. Would highly recommend the team here!

I have been a client of this clinic for two years now. I really like how the whole team works. Polite and helpful people at the reception. They always answer calls. I am being treated by Dr. Carlson, which I am very happy with, and he also has a very competent and caring assistant working with him.
