I had a fantastic experience at Jasper Avenue Dental today. The entire staff demonstrated high levels of professionalism. The receptionists were very kind, and both the dental assistant, Annetta, and my dentist, Dr. Nguyen, were incredibly helpful, professional, and genuine. They provided thorough care and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Nguyen's communication skills were excellent, and his mannerisms were top-notch. It was evident that he is truly dedicated to helping others. Overall, I felt very comfortable throughout my time at the clinic. I am extremely grateful for the exceptional care I received and would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic — it's an easy 5-star rating from me.
I had a bit of an urgent need to see a dentist while travelling from BC to ON. Jasper Ave Dental was the only office that went out of their way to accommodate my last minute schedule. Receptionist Nicole was so wonderful and caring while getting me into the system. Dr Nguyen was exceptional. Very caring, to the point and professional. He explained everything carefully to me and did a great job on my teeth. I will be coming to this office every time I come through Edmonton. By far the best dental experience I have ever had. Thank you Dr. Nguyen, Nicole and team!
My family and work mates have been going to dr Carlson for years. He’s great. My daughter recently went to dr Lisette to get her wisdom teeth out and I was especially impressed that he called us at home later in the evening to ask how she was. It was very comforting. See had zero issues with her extraction.
Amazing dental clinic. Always on time, courteous, and kind - Dr. Lizotte, dental assistants and receptionists (Leanna). They explain what is happening at each step. I also love that they have dedicated receptionists for each dentist that are organized and always know what is going on.
My son had his wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Joe Lizotte and he was wonderful!!!!! Dr. Lizotte is not only incredibly professional but extremely caring and reassuring. He explained everything about the procedure (and post-surgical care also) very clearly and answered any questions my son and I had. He was also extremely gentle and calming throughout the entire procedure and made sure that we felt comfortable in contacting him if we had any further questions or issues post-surgery! Gurpreet and Leanna are also incredibly professional, kind and caring!
