That’s our go-to dental clinic! My daughter loves it and me too. Usually I always sleep on my appointments (sorry!:) but used to be terrified of the dentists. I did tooth extraction here, and all of my fillings from here don’t give any discomfort. One time I didn’t have my appointment though due to complications with other patient’s tooth extraction. Office just apologized after an hour of waiting from my side. That’s why minus one star. Still good overall.
I had a wonderful experience at Image Dental Care. Natasha, the hygienist, was incredibly patient and made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning. Dr. Smith, the dentist, was kind and thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly and address all my concerns. Together, they created a treatment plan tailored to my needs and helped ease my anxiety. Overall, I’m very impressed with the care I received and highly recommend Image Dental Care.
Image dental can't honour an appointment I made 4 months ago. This is the second year this happens to me. I was told today that the dentist will be in surgery at the time of my appointment. I'm sorry, your dentists wants to make money instead of honouring your patients of 23 years plus for their yearly exam and cleaning. I made the appointment 4 months ago, the surgery was probably scheduled a week ago or so. with 5 dentists at their clinic and they can't take responsiblity for messing up my appointment and honour mine. Shame on you, you just lost a client.
I must say, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The clinic itself is clean and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. A special shoutout to Ms. Elena, who did my dental scanning and X-ray. She was incredibly kind, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr Smith and Dr Trsa are exactly what everyone wants as dentists; patient, calm, skilled and very intelligent. Great bedside manner. The rest of the team is top-notch. Pleasant, professional and kind. Overall, this is the best dental experience I could have possibly asked for. Thanks everyone! Highly recommended.
