A friend recommended Hosack Denture Clinic to me when I first started my denture journey. I have been very satisfied with their service and with the great fit of my dentures. They are very good about squeezing me in when I need an adjustment or whatever.
My mother went here to get a new set of dentures, the previous place she went to was unavailable so she was referred here. The man that did the dentures was very nice but she felt that something was done incorrectly because she was having issues that required her to go back 5 times or more. With her previous dentures which she had done by a different denturist at different location she only had to go back 2 times for minor things. Last week she called again to rebook an appointment. Due to her health issues sometimes it was a day's notice because she has no control over her illnesses. The lady who answered and who we think maybe the main receptionist was so rude and completely unprofessional!! She told my mother that they could no longer work with her, she refused to book an appointment for my mom due to cancellations (when my mother was sick) and now my mom is stuck with a pair of dentures that don't fit right causing her to bite herself involuntary and ends up with sores in her mouth!!! She is on welfare and now I have to plead with her worker so she can get another set covered at another place!!! Which she is only allowed new ones every 5 years (I believe). The receptionist made my mother cry and caused her anxiety to flare up! I am a nurse and I would never treat a patient this way and I would never let any of my colleagues act like this. In a time where mental illness is at a all time high, we need to be more patient and consider that there is probably many other things other than health decline. Be part of the SOLUTION not an additive to the chaos this pandemic has been placed upon humanity.
Where do I start. These people are amazing. This experience is life changing and I'm so thankful. No longer will I have to cover my face when I talk or smile. Not only do I look younger and happier but the fit is perfect. Very precise and professional.
Hi , I still think you are the Best, never had any problems before, so I was taken aback when I called and asked to grind down the inside of my upper denture and was asked if I had them realigned, I said no But was made to feel like I had done something wrong is it not your job as a professional to call me and tell me that’s what I need to do. That’s why you get paid the big bucks and was told I would be without my teeth for the day . I am very disappointed I recommended a friend to you business and she was not really happy with the results. She probably won’t say anything , but will tell people she was not happy with the service , Do I need to tell her to come see you ? She had moved to Cochrane
