I would like to note the great professionalism and excellent response to non-standard situations. Today, for the first time, I had a panic attack during dental treatment and the Dr Pratibha and Doris the assistant did a great job. They also know their job very well - our whole family goes to this clinic
First of the first thing I liked about this place is that a very welcoming front desk staff. They make you feel comfortable, worry free with their smile and their readiness to answer your questions with great patience. They take time for you to explain the details of the billing and insurance process, and best possible comfort They can provide for you. I haven't started my treatment part yet, but I have a gut feeling to trust this lovely atmosphere.
This whole team is wonderful. As someone with severe dental anxiety and avoids it at all costs the entire team took great care of me. Every person I came into contact with made my experience better. The front desk gals are great, my dental assistant was super friendly, and Dr. Bindlish is easily the best experience I have had with a dentist. Really happy I found them!
Came to this dental office with my teen daughter who had experienced trauma to her front teeth in a scooter accident. Fit us in the same day, very understanding, accommodating and helpful. When we arrived they had our entire claim ready to process and submit once the dentist was done helping my daughter. They requested all patient/benefit info be sent in digitally beforehand to make things as seamless as possible. The dentist and hygienist/assistant explained everything step by step along the way, as we were both nervous. We couldn’t be happier with how her teeth repair went, and we are so grateful for their care and concern.
