This is one of the best experiences I have had with a dentist so far. Dr. Chris Lowe is the best. He is super friendly and great at his job. I have never been so comfortable doing any dental work before this. I had a tooth extracted and I was super nervous about it. Dr. Chris was really good with the entire procedure. He is gentle and makes sure that you are comfortable during the entire procedure. Never forceful in anyway always took his time to explain everything and makes sure you know what he is doing. The staff too are super friendly and comforting. I would like to say that me and my family including my 9 year old kid are happy to have been treated by Dr. Chris. Thank you.
My partner went in for a wisdom tooth extraction and was prescribed ibuprofen for pain management. For those of us that don’t know, ibuprofen is a drug that has a warning label that says, “may cause stomach bleeding”. Typically when you prescribe this drug you should prescribe something else to protect the lining of the stomach. They did not do that and he was admitted into the hospital for internal bleeding. He asked them to book a follow up appointment after his extraction and the dentist told him it wasn’t needed. While we were at the clinic the dentist was in a rush as it was very busy. And he did not give us the attention we needed in that moment. Do not go to this clinic. They don’t know what they’re doing.
Called about needing a wisdom tooth pulled. Was booked in within an hour. The Dr took his time to pull the tooth properly, which made a world of difference with the post operation pain and swelling. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Wait time was probably the quickest I've ever experienced.
Everyone is so great polite and patient. Dr. Poznikof is great and so is Dr. Osborne. All the staff are great can’t say enough good things about this dental practice. The ladies at the front make everything so easy and the hygienist(Nicole) are considerate and patient. Thanks for making a scared dental patient happy to go to the dentist!!
My family dentist’s hours were too stringent for my work hours so I went to Dr. Kochar for a cleaning. He pointed out some issues with my teeth and let me know he could fix them. I’ve had these issues forever and no one mentioned they could be addressed. With a couple of visits my smile has never been greater. He is a very professional yet warm individual who really cares. I have switched dentists;)
