I been going to this place for a couple years now, and my experience with their dentists have not been good. When going in for my cleanings, more often than not, the dentist didn’t have a dental assistant to assist him during my cleanings, and he was always stressed out and rushing thru my appointment to get it done faster. My teeth cleanings were always rushed, fast, and never looked as if much was done at all. I found out during one of my visits there, after chatting with a lady who works there, that the dental assistants who work there did not like working with this specific dentist, as he was rude, condescending and unprofessional towards them and their Clients. On one of my visits for cleaning I was scheduled with a “Dental Hygienist” instead of the usual dentist I had for my cleanings, and she was amazing at her job, my teeth never looked so clean before, she spent a lot of time on it making sure it was all perfectly done. After that, I only scheduled my cleanings with her, and she is the main reason why I continued to go to this place for as long as I have. During the 2 years that I went there to get my cleanings, at the end of my appointments, their receptionists have never asked me to sign any papers showing what they were billing my health insurance for, nor did they ever send me any invoices by email showing what was done during my appointments or what they had billed my insurance. I have now requested a copy of the invoice from my visit this year, showing what they have billed my insurance, but they have not send me anything, even though they indicated to me during our phone call chat that they would. I have emailed and called them numerous times since, but they still have not send me a copy of my invoice, and have now been ignoring my calls on this. This is extremely shady and clearly a huge sign of a corrupt business, that are billing people’s health insurance whatever they want, and clearly pocketing money for services that they did not perform, and that is why they are not providing any copy of the invoices to their Clients. This business should be shut down for the kind of business that they are running.
I can't thank Dr. Sumit Kochhar and his amazing staff enough! I had a panic moment when I chipped my front tooth and had no dental insurance, but they made everything so easy. I booked my appointment that night, and they got me in first thing the next morning—talk about excellent service! The team was super friendly, professional, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The best part? The cost was surprisingly affordable even without insurance, and my tooth looks as good as new! Highly recommend them for anyone looking for top-notch dental care.
I visited them 6 month before. After cleaning and filling, my tooth was painful when drinking cold water. My tooth had no sensitive problems at all before the visit. The horrible dentist was trying his best to upsale. The damage to my healthy tooth is irreversible. Will never go back there.
I had a little hick up with insurance and booking and I absolutely love that not only was the person that helped me kind but they took ownership of things and were transparent as well as knowledgeable. It goes a long way! My experience here as a patient has been great. Everyone is very welcoming!
