From the moment I arrived with a warm welcome, to the end of the appointment for payment, I felt well taken care of. Jason has a calming, trauma-informed approach and explained everything to me. The dental assistant was exceptional at explaining what to expect and was wonderful to chat with. The hygienist was lovely and also was excellent at her job. Best dental office team ever!
The team were so approachable and professional. They made every appointment so comfortable. They explain everything and the most important aspect is they try to save every teeth the best way possible. They don't just tell people that they need to extract the teeth and that they can't do anything anymore but to put dentures on. We had experiences with different dentists and Healthy Smiles by far exceeds all our expectations. The moment you enter their clinic you will be greeted with very friendly and kind receptionists then the dental assistants and hygienists begin your treatment in the most comfortable way and best part you leave the clinic with a very clean teeth unlike for the other clinics that will tell you they can't remove any dirt beside your gums anymore or else it will bleed. In Healthy smiles, it will really be a healthy smile as you step out their door. And of course, Dr. Chan is the best Dentist we've ever encountered, very friendly, accomodating, caring, knowledgable, very kind and nice. He is easy to talk to and cares for his patients. I like how he explains and reiterate certain instructions. Finally, we have a good experience with a dental clinic and found Healthy Smiles.
Extremely Happy I’ve never been to a dentist that was so extremely patient and thorough and Christine was so wonderful explaining so much to me I did not know about teeth health I went in in pain and came Out relieved. This is the best dental office I have ever entered in 60 years. They are all so friendly welcoming and kind. They truly have your best interest at heart I can’t thank them enough!!! Excellent prices and so Kind!!!
Best dentist I’ve ever had. Amazing with not only myself but they are just so gentle and amazing with my children. They are so patient and explain to my kids what’s happening and on-top of that my children LOVE going to the dentist.
Highly recommended!! This gonna be my first review for a dentist, so i booked my kids today to see Dr. Chan his very nice and very detailed person. He explained so well, what needs to be done. Honestly this is the first time i heard my 11 yr old commenting to a dentist even my 14 yr old coy daughter, they told me so far the best dentist ever they met! Since we’ve in and out with different dentist trying to find a better family dentist but ended up not taking care of and my kids got a phobia for having a bad experiences in our previous dentist.. From receptionist to dental assistant i did not get all your names but all of you are very welcoming and genuine.. Im glad my kids love this clinic for the first visit and not afraid to see a dentist anymore and our searching for a good dentist is over. Thank you all my kids have a wonderful experiences. Will definitely see you again in our next appointment! Godbless! ☺️
