I have been seeing both of the Dentists for years, including getting my wisdom teeth taken out. The professionalism from the staff has always been great. The nursing team was amazing and full of kind individuals that made me feel like I was in good hands at all times. I will be returning the next time I need to receive dental care.
Broke a tooth, had me in within hours. Very polite, and efficient x-ray took 2 seconds as I sat in the chair. Dentist came in, and came up with a plan in seconds; she was extremely up-lifting and confident. I highly recommend both of the Dr Hall's and staff. They take care of you and take care of the pain. My 4 yr old son had thousands of dollars worth of dental work done under anesthesia with Dr Hall. Unfortunately since the work being done he has lost 5 filings, we’ve had to extract two molars and have had on going tooth aches and pain on teeth already filled. I called to get him back in and was told it would be 3 weeks as Dr Hall was on vacation and he would need to see the case in order to help us. We’ve since gone to another dentist but the problems are on going. The past year has been an absolute nightmare since his work at Hall Dental. And the lack of compassion for a small child enduring this is the cherry on top.
Unprofessional and unknowledgeable. I called to have work done pauline committed to doing the work then stopped responding to calls. On top of that I went to my regular dentist when he was back in office and the work she recommended would have caused more damage and would need to be fixed by my own dentist had it happened.
Dr. Paul Hall has been my dentist since I was a young teen. He always makes me feel comfortable, he's very good with relaxing nerves and making sure you're happy. I recently got my wisdom teeth pulled (something all of us dread) but the operation and healing has been a lot better than I thought. I'm so lucky to have such a caring, attentive and nice dentist. 10/10 recommend.
