Love it here! From the front end staff, the dental hygienist, Hadi, and Dr. Hardy, it was an overall great experience! Who would have thought that going to the dentist could be a good time? I also really appreciate the implementation of new technology in their practice! I have had just about every dental procedure going, and I must admit that I was very impressed! The clinic is also very modern and clean, with a great area for young children! My entire family, including some extended family, have now all switched over to Generations Family Dental, and look forward to our next visits! Thank you Dr. Hardy, and team!
We have been patients at Generations Family Dental for a few years now. I used to dread dental appointments and cleanings, but not anymore! Lisa (Hygenist) is so great, I love coming in to get my cleanings done. She even remembered things we had chatted about on my last visit! I love the "water blaster" machine that cuts down on the scraping of the teeth (i really hate that part) so having that technology at the office is great!! I love seeing Dr Hardy as well. It was an uneventful visit (which is a good thing), but I know that she isn't going to push unnecessary procedures and is truly looking out for the best interests of the patient. I can't say enough good things about Generations. From the ladies at the front desk to the hygienist, dental assistants and the dentists, everyone at the office is great to deal with. Definitely recommend this dental office!!
Dr Hardy and Dana, have been our dentist and hygienist now for 10 years. I have such bad dental anxiety and when we moved, I dreaded the search for a new one. Generations was our first try and they were so amazing with me, I felt comfortable bringing my kids. Their kindness, soft touch and gentle nature is so comforting to me and the kiddos. They take it as slow as they need to with my kiddos and are just really genuine kind people. Thank you so much Generations :)
Honestly, I hate the dentist. A few years ago, I hadn’t been to the dentist in like 3-4 years and was absolutely terrified to see one again. I ended up getting recommended to Generations Family Dental by someone on Reddit who said they had an amazing experience at the clinic. I decided to book in and when I arrived for my appt I was seen by the hygienist Dayna. I really have nothing but amazing things to say about Dayna. She is so warm and caring; I didn’t feel any sort of judgement from her when she asked me to go through my regular dental routine. She made me feel completely at ease, not only initially but throughout the entire appointment. I just had my routine check-up and cleaning today and am happy to say that my experience was once again wonderful thanks to Dayna, she really is a gem. Dr. Harder is also fabulous, any questions I had he is more than happy to answer.
I've been to Generations twice now, and both visits were the best dental experiences I've ever had. Love the customer service and the focus on ensuring patients have a good experience (Netflix, for example). Love the friendly and knowledgable staff. Love the high-tech 3D scans, the ability to compare past scans to current ones and the focus on objective data. Also love the modern tools for cleaning: "water jet" plaque removal, "disclosure paste" etc. Mostly just love how thorough and sincere the hygienists and dentists have been. My teeth are thoroughly clean and I have learned new things about how to help keep them that way.
