Both my wife and I had attended a few years ago for a couple years and we always had the worst experiences, the pricing for one was ridiculous compared to industry standard and they were always pushing us to get more procedures done than needed. I always left paying several hundreds of dollars even after coverage, and they would always push more personal care products on me on my way out the door. Additionally, in the last few months, another family member of mine had some significant billing issues where they were charged the full amounts to pay out of pocket and possibly double charged. The dental clinic knowingly didn't submit their claims to insurance for almost 6 months and denied any issue or wrong doing to my family member until the statements were produced and it was apparent, they then tried to make excuses and make my family member hold on to the burden of around $1000.00 in owings. This is no way to do or run a business, and overall, I in no way could recommend this business, regardless of the professional quality of some of the dental hygienists.
I have been going to Gallery Dental for years and now my family does as well. Dr. Sekhon, Gord and the entire team provide exceptional service and make going to the dentist actually enjoyable for myself and my kids!!! All of the dental hygienists I have had have been great. Rachelle recently cleaned my teeth (perfectly) and remembered details about my summer plans from many months ago... Incredible! I don't write reviews often, but felt compelled to do so after years of excellent service.
Great service and wonderful staff. I have never had a freezing with no pain at all, not even feeling the initial needle. Dr. Sekhon is very professional, makes you feel comfortable and he is excellent at what he does. I do recommend him. The only thing they need to do is fix the water machine in waiting room. No biggie...
Dr Sekhon is one of best dentist i have ever seen. And Gallery dental such a great place to go. Everybody there from top to bottom is very friendly and has great personality. Everytime i go there i feel very comfortable. They always tell you what really needed to be done. Nothing less or nothing more. They truly care about their patients and their health.
Incredibly pleased with Gallery dental. The entire team was very kind and knowledgeable. I felt confident and comfortable while they were inside my mouth. Highly recommend making the change like I did to Gallery Dental!
