My experience here is the best. First came here for get exam for emergency dental the lady dentist is very comforting and understanding, while im addresing the concerns i have. Got two wisdom extraction the doctor help me out a lot and he is very friendly and fun. Overall experience is awesome, never even felt nervous during my extraction 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Raman at the front, and all the front desk staff, are so kind and cheerful. My hygienist Evaline (not sure if I got it right) was thorough, gentle and very kind (so much so that I now have it noted on my file that I want her to do all my hygiene work) AND Dr. Vamsi (who I had never met before) and his assistant were also very sweet with me. I especially appreciated it when discussing a chipped filling and his approach was "wait and see". He could have told me I needed a whole new one but he did not. Also with my grinding he didn't try to sell me on a night guard because I am not damaging my teeth much. Even with an insurance plan I'm always paying hundreds out of pocket so I really need a dentist who won't upsell me unnecessarily. That makes me feel i can trust him when he DOES make recommendations! I have been coming to Forest Lane for 35 years (or more) and when the clinic changed hands I was very apprehensive. I've now been back twice since the major changes were made in staff, and while I will miss the team that was there for so long and took care of me for decades 😢 I feel really welcomed by the new personnel. Finding a dental clinic you like is important so you want to go! Thanks to everyone for a wonderful cleaning appointment and check up today!🌹🙏💗 I'll be back!
We have been seeing Dr Mark and team (Sheena for hygiene)for over 30 years, my entire family, aunts, cousins, and friends have all gone here as well. It been great. After moving we continued to drive over an hour one way to see them. This clinic and everyone in it was amazing, we recommended them to everyone. Recently,new management took over and we booked our appointments for maintenance hygiene and found out Sheena no longer works there and that Dr.Mark is on leave so we would not be able to see either of them. We decided to cancel all three appointments, I called and did that. Two days later I received a call from the clinic asking why so I explained we would find someone closer to us since we had been driving for specific people, please cancel all appointments that we have, I was hung up on. The next week I received another phone call to confirm my daughter’s appointment and I again told them no we cancelled all appointments this is the third time I have spoken to someone about that. I confirmed with the person on the phone that all appointments for our family were cancelled, I was told yes, we said goodbye. Two days later I received a phone call saying that we were late for our scheduled appointment (not even the same day we had the original appointments for so they scheduled without my knowledge) and I finally told them again to stop, do not call me, and delete the files for our entire family. FOUR separate conversations. Since new management has taken over I will not recommend this place to anyone. We will never back as well a many of our family members due to experiences like this. If my rating could be 0 it would be.
we took our kid today for his first dentist appointment.The staff was great. Very welcoming and friendly.Everything was on time and it was an extremely professionally run office. The dentist Dr Mahmoud Ibrahim was very nice and informative. He provided excellent service and explain what problems our kid have and what the action plan to get him well.
Dr. Micheal has been my dr, and was told that he retired and was booked to another clinic. I canceled the appointment and googled online and found him. Today i called your clinic to request my treatment history and was told it would be sent in a short while. Two and half hours later i called again and i was told to be patient, i explained that it’s needed at clinic am booked for on Monday and tomorrow Sunday they don’t open . Second time I called two hours later and nobody picked up my call. As i was coming for walking in for the same received it. The receptionist is rude. I had requested for the same in another clinic and it was sent within thirty minutes
