I am giving this review, based in my top notch experiences and services that I have had in the past with Doctor Sean Fisher. I used to recommend his clinic, and his astonishingly high quality procedures. Unfortunately, sometimes , when a company grows, and there are too many hands in it, it doesn't only get more expensive, but the quality of service, could lower as well. I need him to know that he needs to assess, the service provided to customers by his receptionist. As, well, I believe, some of the expenses mentioned by her in our conversation, I feel they are totally unnecessary, and extremely high. They are too high, giving to the fact of the present economic conditions for some citizens at the moment ⁉️ Usually, when I get treated in such a rude, dismissive, and a condescending, way by an employee, I would give 1 ⭐ to a business review. However, I can not do that to Doctor Fisher because I feel indebted to him because he brough back to me, my nice smile. As well, him and his previous employees, have treated me with so much consideration and respect in the past. So, you are still the best Doctor Sean Fisher. The only stone in the shoe is that your high end services, have become unaffordable for many us I guess ⁉️ Lots of blessings to you doctor Fisher, from a previous patient.👌😀
I post this review to bring Dr. Fisher’s attention. My surgery by Dr. Fisher was no problem, but there is big problem with the crown by Riverbend Family Dental Care. Since I have the crown installed, the gum around the implanted tooth has been infected. Especially, when I have meat, it is often stuck between the teeth around the implanted tooth. Right after putting the crown, both Dr. Fisher and the Dr . at RiverbendFamily said the implanted tooth would be with me maybe one or two years it depends on how often I brush my teeth. They were not confident. 15 years ago my another tooth was implanted by Dr. Rossals. He confidental the tooth would be with me for my life. As of today the implanted tooth has been very well, never infected. Unfortunately, Dr. Rosales retired long time ago. I called Dr. Fisher’s office, and I was told that Dr. Fisher would not be responsible for the crown. Dr. Fisher did well, but he did not complete the whole implanting things. This will negatively affect his operation. Thus, I gave Dr. Fisher 3 star.
I had a very pleasant experience with Miranda and the staff of Fisher Periodontics. I’m typically very anxious about my dental appointments, however Miranda made me feel comfortable and calm by explaining the procedure step by step. I was a bit embarrassed that my last cleaning had been a year and a half, but Miranda never once made me feel embarrassed or shamed me. Instead she educated me on what I can do in the future to keep my teeth and gums healthy. She took the time and patience to do an amazing job and made the experience a breeze. Typically with my past experiences at other offices getting cleanings, I’ve left in quite some pain and anxiety. However, this was not the case with my cleaning with Miranda. She explained I could have some slight irritation due to the time between my last cleaning and current, however the next day everything felt back to normal. If you’re looking for a dental hygienist who is knowledgeable and cares about their work, I would 110% recommend booking with her and letting her work her magic! I also want to note how clean and open the clinic is. When you walk in, you’re greeted by smiling and friendly faces. Thank you to the lovely ladies at the front who took the time to check me in for my appointment and make me comfortable beforehand. Kudos and highest recommendation to Miranda and all the staff at Fisher Periodontics!
If you have been putting off your gum grafts because of fear I understand completely! I was that gal but I finally had 3 gum grafts done, and NO pain was felt. Recovery was also NOT painful but just a bit ackward because you can't chew on that side. Dr Fisher is a talented, skillful periodontist and his empathetic, relaxed and honest personality makes him the Dr. you want. I am truly grateful for Dr. Fisher's genius hands. I am returning in few months for gum grafts on the other side and I have zero stress and concerns. This feeling is priceless!
Worst service I have experienced in a long time. They don't tell you they won't bill your insurance and expect us to pay out of pocket. I waited for over a year for a simple consultation. Then at the end of the appointment was told I had to pay $220 cash. I dont just keep that amount of money on me. So i had to leave and ask them to bill me. Then was followed up by a nasty email from their office. Even if I had the money to pay 2100 dollars per service with him I would not. In BC, I was told each area of grafting for 3 teeth per quadrant was $600 each. He wants $2100 for the same service!!!! They were so unprofessional it was embarrassing and extremely disappointing.
