I had all 4 wisdom teeth surgically removed here yesterday. I’m terrified of dentists, needles, and any and everything related to my oral health. These people were so kind, assuring and helpful. I didn’t want my teeth out, cz they came in so nice and straight which is unusual, but they were hurting. I got to keep my teeth & take them home, and usually at least one gets broken, but Dr Hajjaj said he would do his best to make sure that as little as possible happened to them, and I got all 4 teeth back fully intact. That meant so so much to me, cz I really really wanted them back as whole as possible and he got all 4 back without a scratch on them, all nice and cleaned up for me. Earned himself 5 stars right there, and that’s before we get into how kind he is. I have a violent reaction to needles, and i cant control it, its a phobia. And he knocked me out with gas before anyone even had a needle in the room. Very very kind, very calm and he has a warm bedside manner. While we were in the OR prepping for my surgery, I was very paranoid and jumpy about anyone holding anything, and he was very reassuring that nobody would stick me until i was asleep. My whole procedure only took 15 min. When i woke up, i would not shut up about how grateful I was and I probably gave out way too many high 5s to the lovely ladies who were looking after me. Even though I shouldn’t have been talking at all, y’all never told me to be quiet. Thank you for that. And thank you for not letting me walk out like I tried to. Day 2 for me right now, and i have almost no pain at all, no swelling & i’m doing so so so much better than i could have even imagined. Best $3k I’ve ever spent, thank you guys.

Wow, just wow. These people are the kindest most gentle souls I have ever met. I have a medical phobia and was absolutely terrified but they reassured me and gave me instructions for every step of the way. The doctor even held my hand while they put the IV in because of how afraid I was, it was honestly the best experience I've ever had at a dentist and that is something I did not think I'd say after having 6 teeth removed lol

The dentist at this clinic categorically refused to remove my tooth without sedation, although this was not necessary. Their
the cost of sedation is about $900.
I had to make an appointment at another clinic in Edmonton where they removed my tooth without any problems using local anesthesia and they also confirmed that there was absolutely no need for sedation.
There is only one conclusion. The dentist in this clinic does not take into account the client’s wishes and thinks only about profit.

I would not recommend this place at all. Too long of a story to write but the bottom line is I believe they need to find a new person that is in charge of surgery booking. She was extremely rude to me on more than one occasion. My final experience with her was her yelling at me for calling the emergency number at 4:30pm because the office was closed when my son was booked at 6:30am for surgery the next day but had a fever of 100 and I didn't know if I should show up in the morning or not. She was yelling so loud that my son could hear her from across the kitchen. She was yelling saying the number I called was for emergencies only. She yelled that my call was not an emergency and her dad was in the hospital and I shouldn't be calling the emergency phone. I hung up. I have never had such horrible service and this is suppose to be a professional in charge of patient care, disgusting.

I was referred here because I have been woken from pain in my jaw for the past two years and despite saying this to every doctor or dentist who would listen, it was only taken seriously when there were physical signs of disorder present inside my mouth (two masses that can now be felt and seen are now inside my mouth). With those my dentist referred me here. This doctor did scans and X-rays (which cost $300) and found two bone tumours. He said they weren’t cancerous and were slow growing so we didn’t need to do anything unless the growths started to interfere with my eating or speaking. He said the masses on the inside of my mouth were due to the bone tumours pressure or shifting things and it is to be expected. And that was that. I’m still a little nervous that I may have a dangerous cancer as I was under the impression that one needs to do a biopsy to confirm or deny malignant cancers. But he said we didn’t. I expected the soft tissue changes at least would be tested. Hopefully he isn’t playing fast and loose with my life. If I end up dying I’ll come back and change the review (and of course report and sue) . - 1/2 star because he didn’t even look at the growth inside my mouth…. I would have thought he would at least see it….
