Called them for an appointment, very friendly lady on the phone, booked me ASAP. Very good communication through email. Reminder and a great welcome. Was helped by the dentist in no time. The dentist is a great man with humour. Great explanation from the dentist and the front desk. See you again after a view months. Got a mini whitening kit as a gesture from them🥰🥰🥰
Everyone here went above and beyond my expectations! They were able to get me in so quickly despite my odd working hours and very limited free time. I was able to see the dentist within 10 minutes of my scheduled appointment each time and they ensured it would take as little time as possible (very much unlike my old dentist). The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. I cannot recommend this place enough!
I’ve been a patient at Core Dental for over a decade and have always had a fantastic experience. From crowns to Invisalign and regular biannual cleanings, everything has been handled professionally and flawlessly. The office is always clean, and the staff truly have my best interests at heart. Highly recommend!
This clinic is nothing but a money grab. The clinic does not have a dental hygienist and the doctor does cleanings. I would assume this is to cut costs of having to pay more staff. The doctor did not even floss my teeth or perform a proper cleaning. The scaling and polishing was also a joke. The doctor then said they were going to do sealants on my teeth which I agreed too. The doctor then went ahead and filled a cavity without my knowledge. They said it was clinically visible but did not point it out to me beforehand on xrays or disclose they were going to be performing that procedure. They then tried to bill me for a fluoride treatment which I did not receive. I would ask for a breakdown of the services you’re being billed for. The cleaning was sub par and a waste of money. I do not feel like the doctor cares about their profession and tries to maximize the amount of money they can make from clients. They also advertise promos for new clients on their website and didn’t mention any of them. The don’t even send you home with a toothbrush and floss. First and last time visiting here. I would take your business elsewhere.
After being a customer to a handful clinics that either had very poor communication, was extremely disorganized, and high turnover in administrative staff, I had lost confidence in the dental industry after excessive mismanaged appointments and several errors. However at Downtown Core Dental, I had the pleasure of speaking to Alia, who was an absolute gem. I was met with such a level of professionalism and competence that I can trust that my patient files would no longer be mishandled and my insurance would not be improperly billed. As a patient, my treatment plan has always been my utmost concern, whereas service is secondary. Alia meets all those factors as a simply a mere standard that goes far beyond my expectations and I could not be more thrilled!!
