World-class treatment and service in every aspect. Truly exceptional. Everyone from Dr. Dederich to his fabulous team, Millie, , Natasha, Erin, Natalee, and anyone else I may have inadvertently missed. They are truly the gold standard in the dental world and your biggest challenge of course may be getting an appointment. I was fortunate to get an informal referral from an unrelated professional contact of mine initially, and then to speak to Natalee over the Christmas holidays to get on their cancellation list. Bear in mind that many (or all) of the staff are the top of their field that they also are entrusted to instruct other practitioners professionally when they are not treating patients at the clinic. I particularly appreciated the attention that went into the follow-up appointments after my initial extraction and procedure for my implant. This was my 2nd implant (1st, several years ago by another prominent specialist who retired). Can't say enough, extraordinary experience everybody should have. - KG
Approximately four years ago, my usual dental practitioner recommended I see Dr. Dederich for periodontal treatment. Dr. Dederich is a highly skilled and experienced periodontist, in addition to being a full-time professor at a prestigious university. During my initial consultation, Dr. Dederich provided me with a comprehensive treatment plan and thoroughly explained everything from the diagnosis to the potential consequences of not following the proposed treatment. His team was incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Ever since my first visit, I've been regularly seeing Dr. Dederich for maintenance check-ups, and most recently, I underwent a bone grafting procedure. The entire process was carried out with minimal discomfort and pain, and I felt as though I was in a sleep therapy session. Dr. Dederich' expertise and sense of humour made the experience that much more pleasant and enjoyable. I confidently recommend Dr. Dederich to anyone searching for a periodontist who not only possesses the necessary skills but also exhibits a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Great!! Comforting atmosphere, friendly staff and helpful. Dr Dederich is very thorough with explaining procedures and excellent surgical skills. I have had 2 surgeries and also an implant done and have been done with the utmost excellence. Highly recommend!!!
4.5 starsā¦. He knows his stuff. Highly trained, top specialist in Edmonton. Half a star off for expense. But, you get what you pay for! Had a gum graft done here and he was so fast, 45 min for two teeth! And Millie was so sweet and comforting when she could tell I was scared during the freezing part. š„¹
Didn't get a chance to go to the clinic but when talking to them over the phone they were incredibly nice and informative. She took the time to explain all the details and was very considerate of price and insurance matters. She even took the time to explain alternatives and the details of the procedure, it was like getting a one-on-one consultation with a periodontist over the phone. Just by the hospitality, I could tell they care a lot about their patients and not just their money. Would definitely recommend.
