I was so delighted with my experience this time. I told them that I had put my back out the day before just in conversation and was then offered heat and massage. Much to my surprise their chairs have that built in! My back felt so good when I left. Got to love a dentist that makes you feel MORE relaxed!
I'm not a fan of the dental industry in Canada, but I have been pleasantly surprised with Crossings Dental. I switched from a different dentist. At Crossings, they charge according to the dental guide; costs seem transparent and fair. The people there are honest, friendly, and genuinely caring—not fake or pushy. They listen when I've expressed concerns about cost or treatments and never pressure or judge me for declining certain treatments. They've also been fantastic with my three kids, making dental visits much less stressful. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and integrity.

Dr. Riley and his staff are amazing, not only with me but with both of my kids as well. Him and his team go above and beyond with their level of care, their level of detail and with making sure we’re healthy in our bodies as well as having a healthy smile!! I’d recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a new dentist!
Had a cleaning today with Carolyn and a visit with Dr. Tolman and received excellent care from both. Carolyn took her time and made sure she gave me a very good cleaning as it's been over a year since my last visit. Thank you.
