I had a great experience working with Dr. Fang and supportive staff over a three year period. Dr. Fang, examined my X-rays thoroughly, and made the correct diagnosis, and offered me an excellent solution to my dental problem. The staff at clear dental are always kind, courteous, and friendly, and are always available to help you with your dental needs. I highly recommend.
My past experience with prosthodontist haven't been the greatest. This made me nervous to get work done on my teeth. I was referred to clear dental to get my teeth done and at first was worried but as soon as i got to the office i felt so comfortable. The front desk ladies were so happy and a pleasure to talk to. After a short wait i got in to speak to Dr. Park and felt very heard and safe. He listened to all my past experiences and was willing to work with me to the best of his abilities. After talking with him about my options, i chose the one that made the most sense in my situation and he was very understanding of my decision. I was booked in again to get the procedure done very very quickly. During the procedure the assistant let me choose the music to make me feel better, and also Dr. park would let me know what he was doing almost every moment so i wouldn't panic or feel uncomfortable. I am so thankful to have found this dentist, the environment and the outcome of my procedure was amazing. I will definitely be going back in the future for any other needs.
Simply brilliant! I attended this clinic and received two gum graft treatments / surgeries under the care of Dr. Fang. Firstly, Dr. Fang is excellent. He is friendly, kind and gentle. Both my surgeries were preformed by Dr. Fang and his work is outstanding. The front end staff are also excellent and very friendly & accommodating. Always a pleasure speaking with all staff at this clinic. I can’t say enough great things about this clinic & Dr. Fang’s impeccable work. André BISSON
Honestly I love Dr. Park’s work. But not super impressed with front desk’s service. I was trying to book an appointment which they have arranged me May next year, which I understand they are busy. However ,I did have an appointment booked on Oct this year before which I have booked just when I visited the clinic on earlier Oct.Now they only have availability on May next year. It kind throws you off a little bit. Today I have phoned try to explain my teeth is bothering me with crown didn’t fit tight enough and the receptionist simply has no sympathy and seems not caring but keep talking without actually listening to customer and repeating the same statement that Dr Park is fully booked. That makes a loyal patient do not feel so comfortable and thinking to switch honestly. I do wanna share this honest feedback for the improvement cause Dr Park has such amazing skills for what he does.
Last year, I had an implant surgery in this clinic, and I can recommend Clear Dental with confidence for the reasons as follows : 1. Dr. Park is an outstanding doctor who is very knowledgeable and professional, and his diligent and thorough work on my teeth made me feel very comfortable so that I could relax and know that I was getting the best treatment. 2. Staff are very friendly, polite, helpful, and capable. From the moment I walk in until the moment I leave, I am made to feel very comfortable and that I am a valued patient. 3. This clinic is very clean, hygienic, and modern. I felt very comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Now, I am interested in the “Pinhole Gum Rejuvenation” treatment, so I am planning to visit Clear Dental again. I am looking forward to seeing Dr. Park and the staff at my next visit.
