I had my regular cleaning last week and today I went back in to get two cavities filled. Dr. Ma and Katrina were excellent. They made me feel at ease (I get nervous with the needles), the appointment was super efficient, and the whole staff was really friendly and welcoming. Dr. Ma herself has a very gentle and calming demeanor, she's very professional yet friendly, and overall just very pleasant to interact with. I like this clinic a lot and would definitely recommend it.
Very professional office. Lots of staff to answer phones or greet patients. My hygienist was gentle and kind. Explained everything. The dentist did a thorough exam. Busy office, which means they provide the type of service a patient wants. As I was waiting I saw a dental assistant explain to a mom what service she was about to do on a little girl (a cleaning) and she was relaxed and cheerful to this little girl, who followed her without a fuss.
I am 64 years old and I have to say this is the best dental clinic I have been to. The ladies at the desk greet you when you come in and tells you to have a good day when you leave, even when they are so busy dealing with other customers. Dr Kumar was so helpful and when she froze my mouth it was frozen where she worked on my teeth not my whole mouth and lips haha. I have never felt uncomfortable or scared . They don’t do any work without talking to you . The hygienist there are super helpful and friendly and do a wonderful job. They put a lot of care into cleaning your teeth . Dr. Jonathan was such a nice doctor and honest . He showed me what is going on with my teeth and the things i should get done and the reasons why. . I really love this clinic.
I have been going to Clareview & Belmont Dental for my whole life lol my Grandpa and Mother were both patients before I was born so naturally I started going here, I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff, dental assistants or dentists themselves. They have always been able to fix any problems that have come up with my teeth and have helped keep them as healthy as they can be! I always recommend this clinic to anyone looking.
Am very happy with the work that they do. Am always update with my check up. The staff are so friendly. Also make sure you well. Am very happy.
