Chinook Oral Surgery was an amazing experience! Not only was the price competitive, but the treatment and hospitality was more then I've ever experienced in my dental care! Dr. Olsen performed a surgical extraction for me that changed my life! The recovery is going so smoothly and fast thanks to the skilled surgeon Dr. Olsen. I had general anesthesia for this procedure and it was all so well done and ran like a well oiled machine. Everyone from the nurses, to anesthetist and Dr. Olsen were so friendly and hospitable. I highly recommend Chinook Oral Surgery!
I decided to go to these specialists to have a molar pulled as my mom had a good experience here. They couldn't put me in for 6 months. This tooth had been bothering me for 2 years while going to Hall Dental. We found that my Dental Plan through the Chamber of Commerce (that I have been paying into for 20 yrs) would not cover saving the last Molar on the top of my mouth. I didn't want to pull it, Hall didn't want to pull it & Chinook didn't want to pull it! But I had no choice. So they brought down Dr. Higashi from Calgary to pull it as the dentists here didn't have time for me. So he did, no problems except for a spike in my gums that was sensitive. Losing that Molar & the stitches over took the spike in my gum that lasted till today. So I called the clinic again, they get me in right away. Again I have Dr. Higashi, he was quite annoyed that I came back stating twice 'you chose to come back'. He ground down my jaw & I now have 4 stitch es. Yikes! Don't go here! Update: The assistant was sniffling and I haven't been sick in 5 years. 5 days later, I was sick, still am. I haven't been sick in 5 years, not impressed 😕
I Had a really great experience at Chinook oral surgery! The ladies at the front desk put cartoons on the tv for my son while my husband I waited for me to go back for surgery! The nurse I had taking care of me was incredibly sweet and very understanding of my fear of needless! she even brought my son a plush dinosaur to play with while we waited for Dr. Goth :). Before my surgery Dr.Goth came in and thoroughly explained how my surgery would go and it completely eased my nerves I would definitely recommend this dental surgeon to anyone! Thank you to all at Chinook oral surgery for everything! 😊
Dr. Olsen and his staff are fantastic. Any doctor that gives you their personal number in case of emergency is someone who stands by their work and cares about their patient's wellbeing. Dr. Olsen knows his stuff, he and his dental assistants have great bedside manor. I had a great experience here. Billing is very straight forward. There is free parking and lots of neighboring places to park if its full up.
We travelled for my 17 year old daughter to have her four wisdom teeth removed today and we couldn’t be happier with Chinook Dental! All of the staff were compassionate, caring, knowledgeable and helpful. Parking was assessable and free. 100% recommend if required!
