This dentist's office is very satisfying. The interior of the clinic is very clean, giving people a feeling of comfort and peace of mind. The counter staff was also very friendly and provided warm service from the moment we entered the door to the moment we left. The most noteworthy one is Dr. Connie, whose professionalism is impressive. She patiently explains the treatment process and handles every detail carefully. Overall, this is a dental clinic worth recommending.
Excellent clinic with exceptional experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. Dr. Ng is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail, which I truly appreciated. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. A special shout-out to Jenny, the hygienist, who was thorough, gentle, and so personable. It's clear that the whole team is dedicated to providing top-notch care. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a professional, caring dental team.
Went in for just a cleaning today and Dr Tom stopped by my chair to check in on me due to some sensitive cavities I had had in the past. He has always made me feel so comfortable and has always treated me with respect. My dental hygienist Jenny is always thorough and attentive and puts me at ease during treatment. The front staff welcomed me with a friendly smile and worked with me to schedule my next exam and cleaning. I can't recommend Centre and 12th Dental Clinic enough to all Calgarians. They are always friendly, respectful and professional which for me are the most important attributes for a dental clinic - one of the most vulnerable places to be in. Thank you to Dr Tom and Jenny for alleviating all my anxiety while getting exceptional dental care.
I appreciate Dr Yeung and her assistant Jackie for my dental works. She is a wonderful dentist who makes me feel relaxed. My entire family sees Dr Yeung and they are very satisfied with Dr Yeung. Receptionist and staff are also very friendly. I definitely recommend this clinic!!
