I was living with excruciating orofacial pain for over two years, which significantly impacted my quality of life. After being dismissed by multiple healthcare providers, I finally found relief thanks to Dr. Burnham. My pain began approximately 3 months into orthodontic treatment. Despite my concerns, I was dismissed by both my orthodontist; she encouraged me to see an ENT. Months late I was able to see an ENT who told me it was most likely from the braces. I brought my concerns up again with the orthodontist and she dismissed it and told me to see physio. I went to physio so much I was paying out of pocket. With no luck I then saw a pain specialist which took over a year to get into. Again, I didn't find help. Frustrated I sought help through an online forum of others who had or went through similar issues and I learned that it was likely a bite issue. Desperate for answers, I sought out the expertise of Dr. Burnham. Dr. Burnham was incredibly thorough and empathetic. He carefully listened to my symptoms and diagnosed my condition as a bite-related issue. Through the use of a custom-fitted splint and gradual adjustments, he has successfully managed my pain. I am now hopeful that I may be pain-free for the first time in years. I cannot express my gratitude enough for Dr. Burnham's expertise, compassion, and dedication to helping me overcome this debilitating condition. If you're struggling with orofacial pain, or what you think is TMJ pain, I highly recommend seeking his care.
Dr.Burnham was amazing, he just finished my crown for my implant of one of my front teeth and results are better than I could have imagined. It blends in so well with my other teeth! Dr.Burnham and staff took their time to make sure every detail was perfect. The process for me was a little time consuming, but it was all worth it for these results! Thank you again!!!
