Awesome experience! From the moment I entered, they already greeted me and knew who I was! Dr. Queenie fixed my front teeth right away and perfectly! I was so happy with the result! Absolutely experienced, skilled doctor with a compassionate heart! She took her time and didn't hurry, unlike other clinics here in Edmonton! Their billing was very decent. Thanks to Rose, who is very professional, kind, and gentle! Don't waste your time, money, and insurance at another clinic.
This place is amazing. I found it since I followed my dentist, Yousra, from another clinic. She was not available today for my fillings but Queenie and her team did an amazing job. They were very professional, quick, and friendly. The ladies in the front at reception were awesome too. Looking forward to my next check up. I’d strongly recommend this office to anyone.
This dental place is so Amazing! Very highly recommended to everyone. From booking until the day of my appointment (Thanks Jean). All the staff are very friendly, polite and all of the are very accomodating. Elvie my hygienist is very caring specially when she gave the post procedure instructions. Dr. Quennie is one of the Best, she is caring and very concerned about my feelings during the procedure because I told her i have anxiety. Thanks doc! This is my first time to visit this Dental Clinic but surely this will be not the last.
If anyone needs a new dentist…!! This place is unreal. I have never had the experience of wanting to literally hug my doctor after each appointment. Dr. Yousra Kheireddine is probably the kindest and most gentle dentist I’ve ever been to. Just the sweetest little lady in general. I’m one of “those” anxious patients, so I’ve hopped around from office to office a LOT in search of someone who I can handle going to (and who doesn’t charge crazy extra $$$ on top of whatever my insurance covers). I have no problem at all going to the dentist anymore (I even made a 6-month cleaning appt and KEPT IT- who am I?!) I have been to soooo many dentist offices who “claim” to be specialists in gentle practices and have been reduced to tears more than once during appointments. Everyone at Bright Smile is amazing- 10/10 would recommend!!
This is place in amazing!! My daughter had an abscess and was really nervous and scared. Everyone at the office was so sweet and attentive. They worked fast and with care. Her comfort and care was the most important. We called on a Sunday and were in a chair 30 minutes later. I highly recommend this place!
