I always have a wonderful experience at Belle Rive Dental Clinic! All of the staff are friendly, warm, and helpful. They make what is typically a stressful experience for me much more comfortable. Highly recommend!
I have been a customer for five years and have found everyone to be considerate and thorough. When I first started going, I had a 9/10 fear of dentists and they have worked hard to understand and make me comfortable with them. I also appreciate the transparency on treatments and warches, allowing me to feel that I can co tell and influence my dental health
My husband and I have gone to this dentist for 15 years. Despite my husband's lifelong fear of dentists, he came out of his first appointment happy and relaxed. I've never had any medical professional who seemed to care as much as Dr. Apoo has for us. Now that he is semi-retired, we see Dr. Huang and are finding him to be just and kind and competent. We have since moved away from Edmonton, but we still make the drive to visit Belle Rive, and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
The staff were very friendly. It was the first time ever that I was shown my x-rays on a big screen in front of me and was explained what everything meant. My experience was always that they looked at a little screen behind me, discussed them amongst themselves and then the dentist would tell me about what work needed to be done. Not at Belle Rive. The dental assistant, Summer showed me what side of my mouth was what on the x-rays and then Dr Zac gave me a more in depth explanation. He was very respectful of budget, which as a senior, I greatly appreciated. Simply, it was the first time I had ever left a dental office feeling totally informed and with options on my care.
Belle Rive Dental Clinic permanently ruined my teeth, causing emotional distress! The dentist did not tell me what they were doing, made errors, and tried to sneak in charges without informing or asking for consent prior to work being done! A reputable and highly skilled dentist at another office confirmed I was lied to and that my teeth are permanently disfigured! I highly DO NOT recommend getting your one and only set of precious teeth worked on here and will NEVER RETURN!!!
