We started visiting this clinic when my eldest child was seen by the orthodontist practicing out of this clinic, (Dr Forst is also wonderful, as his clinic and staff at his home location in Sherwood Park). The front staff is always helpful, patient and kind. We soon moved all of our dental care to this clinic where we have been very happy. The hygienists are gentle and accommodating. The dentists are caring and informative. I can’t say enough good things about our Gwen, she is so supportive and makes sure claims are accurate. Insurance companies are no match for Gwen’s perseverance. Thank you to all the staff at Belle Rive Dental! 🦷
I have always had a fear of going to the dentist. I am a senior, and hadn’t gone for so long, I can’t remember the last visit before Belle Rive. I couldn’t stand the years of mouth pain anymore. Dr Haidar has been my dentist at Belle Rive, and she, along with her dental assistants have been remarkable. She is the first pain free dentist I have ever been too. She reassures me as she explains everything she’s doing. The office staff at the reception are so welcoming as well. I love going to the dentist now🤪
I can see why this clinic is highly reviewed, their staff are super nice, and getting an appointment is so easy, you can fill out forms online before you go. As far as my personal experience goes, went in for a filling -sounds simple- but I have a pretty bad prior experience lol, not here though! They are super communicative. I can feel the difference in a filling done well. The mall strip they are at looks..ahem..kinda humble, but the clinic is really good, personally highly recommend.
I did my due diligence on trying to find a new dentist. Belle Rive was rated 4.9 out of 773 reviews. That was significant to me. Some get 4.9 out of 2 reviews. This was out of 773 reviews. So I took notice. I was not disappointed. The staff was incredible. I had a dental emergency and they got me in right away. I did not feel rushed. I was able to have a great conversation with them. They want to know everything about my dental history. I was a little bit nervous at 55 years old… At my age dental issues in a little bit more significant. But everyone explained everything to me. I felt well educated and taken care of when I left there. So very glad I found them as my Dental care. Thank you so much.
Quality, efficient, and effective service. Open on off times to help coordinate with your daily schedules. Great customer service and leave you with the knowledge you need for better dental care. Ten out of ten, fully recommend the Belle Rive Team. Their facilty is clean and has all the bells and whistles needed for optimal dental care.
