I needed to get back to routine dental visits, and was unimpressed with my previous provider. So i thought i’d try Aurora Firstly: location! Not only closest to my work & home, but very easy access & lots of parking. Appointment was quick & easy. Same day actually which is usually a red flag. Smaller clinic, humble amount of staff. Initially concerning (why aren’t more people using this place!). But in the end it turned out to be more attention to my needs. New facility. Very clean. Good layout. Professional & friendly at arrival. Could use some refreshments (water?) Nurse, doctor & hygenist were professional and courteous. Surprisingly gentle handling with tools made for a pleasant experience. Doctor addressed my concerns and was quite knowledgable, willing to educate me on the topic of concern. Billing and follow-up was handled quickly and i was out the door in no time. This will be my go-to clinic from now on, and i will be enlisting my entire family.
I’ve just started going to Aurora Dental and I’m very happy with the switch. All the staff are wonderful and accommodating and the atmosphere is very nice in the office. I highly recommend.

Amazing staff, from reception to Dr Dumont and his assistant. Very warm and welcoming. I had a molar pulled a month ago and I was so nervous and scared and everyone at the office made me feel so relaxed and calm, especially Dr Dumont's assistant, she kept me reassured everything was okay and afterwards made me feel very taken care of. I can't say enough good things about the staff at this clinic.
I have never enjoyed the dentist but have only great things to say about Aurora! The staff are friendly, quick, and informative. I have never felt pushed for unnecessary work like fillings. If you’re looking for a new dentist office, this is your best bet!
