Went in to have a tooth pulled as my previous dentist said it needed to be done and $345 to pull it. I called Alpen and they put a filling on it for $108. I was very happy with how quickly I was in and out of there too. I didn’t feel like I was at a used car lot either where my previous dentist tried upselling me on everything. I will definitely be back there.
Been to this office for cleaning in the pat and had a great experience - had pre booked my next cleaning 6 months in advance. Was called back yesterday (one month before) to reschedule my appointment - gladly would have, except the booking associate on the phone was absolutely ignorant and had zero customer service. She told me she was rebooking me for “next Saturday” and then after agreeing on a time, she told me it was for mid September - not “next Saturday”. Instead of just clarifying a simple miscommunication and brushing it off simply, she was extremely ignorant, rude and condescending. I cancelled my appointment on the spot due to her demeanour.
Fast, competent and professional service. Highly recommend. Alpen Dental accepts Canada Dental Plan clients too, which is rare in central Alberta, and means they provide an ethical and patient-friendly approach to their business.
10 stars for Alpen! I went to Appleway Dental in Red Deer initially, where I had been bullied, mocked, severely mistreated. Bad, bad place. ALPEN DENTAL is BY FAR the best dentistry I have received, ever. Not only am I getting my smile back, my confidence too. I recommend Alpen Dental. They're solid. Jenni
New to RedDeer and needed dental services. Looked for reviews and was impressed by Alpen Dental. Also on the new Cdn Dental Plan and saw they were registered with SunLife. Had my first appointment today, had a full service cleaning and X-rays, a thorough checkup by Dr Cook and walked out not paying a penny! Felt seen, heard and properly cared for all around. Another appointment for some work to be done quickly made for next week. Highly recommend this dental clinic, well worth the 15 min drive from Red Deer.
