From the moment I walked in, the receptionist made me feel welcome and comfortable. They were organized, efficient, and had a friendly demeanor that set the tone for the rest of my visit. The dental assistants were equally amazing. They were patient, attentive, and made sure I felt at ease throughout my time in the chair. Their professionalism and care truly stood out. The dentist, Dr Kaur was fantastic as well. They took their time, explained my situation thoroughly, and answered all my questions without rushing. Their calm and measured approach made the whole process stress-free. What really impressed me was how quick and seamless their referral process was. They made sure everything was set up promptly, which saved me time and hassle.
They are absolute sweethearts they take such good care of my teeth and make me feel welcomed every time I come by. Such great service, everyone is kind, caring and always making sure you are doing okay. Even when things hurt, I know I’m in great hands. I always come here because of the great service.
My daughter had her first appt a few days ago and then again today . Also, to mention to which they got us in with just a 2 hour window. For only being 6 years old and having multiple cavities, I was so nervous for her. I didn't want her to be in any pain. With that being said , the dentist/ dental team was AMAZING. She wasn't in any pain and sat comfortable while they all took the best care of her the entire visit. The front-end staff is polite, friendly, and very welcoming. I would highly recommend this clinic for their outstanding work, compassion, and friendly and well-kept cleanness of the office. We will definitely be going back again as well as the rest of my family. Thank you, Allard Dental, and the entire team :)
I had a great experience. Excellent staff. The love the assistant Josie she is very sweet and friendly person. Doctor explained things very well that I could understand and was very thorough. Perfect job done on the cleaning!
Had an amazing experience with this dentist got me in the next morning for my son as an emergency appointment. Dentist was very kind and very helpful. Will be returning for future dental needs!
